Overview

EnsembleVault helps theatre and music programs track costumes, props, music, and related inventory in one place. This site is the end-user manual: tasks your staff and admins perform in the app, written in plain language.

Who this manual is for

  • Teachers and staff who check items in and out, run productions, and browse shared resources.
  • Site administrators who manage users, settings, and organization-wide options.

It is not an internal database or API reference. For developers, see the project repository and technical docs in the main codebase.
