Getting started
Purpose: take you from “I have an invite” to “I can open the dashboard and do useful work.”
Who can use this
Anyone your organization invited, or anyone who completed self-service signup if your district allows it.
Before you begin
- An email address your school recognizes (often your work email).
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari).
- Optional: a phone or second device if you use two-factor authentication when your org enables it.
Steps
- Create or accept your account — see Creating an account.
- Sign in — see Signing in.
- Open the dashboard from the app home and confirm you see the areas your role allows (inventory, music, loans, and so on).
Expected result
You land on the dashboard with navigation that matches your role. If something is missing, it is usually a permission issue, not a bug; see Permissions errors and Roles and permissions.
What happens next

- Admin setup: User management.
Common problems
- “I never got the email” — check spam, confirm the address, ask an admin to resend or fix the address.
- “I can sign in but I see almost nothing” — your account may not be linked to a facility or your role may be limited; an admin can fix that.
