Signing in

Purpose: show how to return to the app and avoid common sign-in mistakes.

Who can use this

Everyone with an account.

Steps

Open the EnsembleVault URL your school gave you (or the main product URL) in a current browser.
Choose Sign in, enter your email and password (or your org’s sign-in method).
If your organization uses extra verification, complete the prompt (code, app approval, and so on).
You should land on the dashboard. Bookmark the sign-in page if your browser allows it.

Expected result

A successful sign-in always ends on the dashboard (or last page you were allowed to open). You stay signed in until you clear cookies, use a private window, or your session times out for security.

What happens next

Work through Dashboard overview for typical tasks.
If the system asks you to change password or verify email, do that first; some areas stay locked until you finish.

Common problems

“Invalid login” — use “Forgot password” if available; check caps lock; try another browser.
Endless loading — disable strict browser extensions, try a different network, or read Login issues.
